EO/PO Block Series

EO/PO series is a class of block copolymer non-ionic surfactants composed of ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO), which has the characteristics of low foaming, emulsification, wetting and dispersibility. According to the search results, its application in agriculture is mainly concentrated in the fields of pesticide additives, cleaning agents and scientific research tools, as follows:

1.       Pesticide Additives

EO/PO series is mainly used as emulsifier, solubilizer and dispersant in pesticide preparations to improve the stability and effect of pesticides:

Emulsion (EC) and Water emulsion (EW) formulations: For example.GFF-L6100, GFF-L6200 and other models are used in emulsion and water emulsions to help disperse the active ingredients evenly, enhance the emulsification properties of pesticides and prolong their efficacy.

Herbicide Efficiency: GFF-L6400 and GFF-F6800 can be used in herbicide formulations due to their low foaming and good washing properties to improve the wetting and permeability of the solution and thus increase the efficiency of herbicide control.

Demulsification And Stabilization: As a wetting agent and demulsifier, it can inhibit the foam produced by other surfactants and enhance the stability of the suspension agent.

For C12-14 Fatty Alcohol Structures:

Low EO Number (EO=3-7): strong lipophilicity, suitable for emulsifying oil-based pesticides or as penetrants.

Medium And High E0 Number (E0=8-15): balanced hydrophilic - lipophilic, widely used in spray additives and leaf fertilizer.
