Description :

PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (Esther-HCO 40 / HCO 40B) is a commonly used non-ionic high-efficiency solubilizer, it has good compatibility and can be compatible with most raw materials; it can evenly disperse oily substances such as essence and essential oil into water to form a stable and transparent solution; it has wide pH adaptability, low foam, and can be used at high temperatures. It can form a clear mixture with fatty acids and fatty alcohols; this product be used as a solubilizer for fragrances (oils), oil-soluble active ingredients and other hydrophobic substances, for the preparation of shampoos, shower gels, facial mask liquids, water-based essences, makeup Water, makeup remover, oral care products (mouthwash), etc. 

Precautions for use : 

1. Esther-HCO 40 / HCO 40B and the substance to be solubilized should be fully mixed and then added to water to disperse. 

2. If the temperature is too low, Esther-HCO 40 / HCO 40B has been solidified, it can be heated and melted, and then solubilized according to the 

normal use method. 

3. Esther-HCO 40 / HCO 40B is very stable in water and hydro alcoholic solution, but avoid adding strong acid and alkali. 

4. Esther-HCO 40 / HCO 40B will not significantly affect the final product. If you want to strengthen or eliminate foam, you can add a small amount of 

foam or eliminate it. 

Storage :

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from freezing and sun protection. Storage temperature is 5 ~ 35 ℃.
