Polyacrylamide and C13-14 Isoparaffin and Laureth-7 (Esther-121)

General Information:

Polyacrylamide and C13-14 Isoparaffin and Laureth-7 (Esther-121) is liquid, ready-to-use rheology modifier, stabilizer, thickener and emulsifier. It swells fast and allows you to create gel or cream immediately without neutralization or heat, emulsifies all kinds of oils, disperses pigment and physical sunscreen, makes the cream with soft, supple and shining textures.

Product Properties :

1.No need premix, heat or extra treatment, can be added in any step of emulsifying.

2.Applicable to all kinds of oils such as vegetable oil, polar and non-polar oil, without heating or other extra treatment.

3.Stabilizing organic or inorganic pigment in formula, thickening some formulas containing 40% alcohol, other organic solvent and polylol.

4.Can be used over a wide range of pH 3.5~11.5.

5.No influence on viscosity after long-time high speed shearing or under UV radiation.

Formula guidelines :

Cold Process: Blend Polyacrylamide and C13-14 Isoparaffin and Laureth-7 (Esther-121) with oil phase. Add them into water phase. Mix them until uniform.Hot Process: Heat oil phase and water phase separately to 75-80℃. Add oil phase into water phase while mixing.  Then add Polyacrylamide and C13-14 Isoparaffin and Laureth-7 (Esther-121) into the emulsion at 60 ℃ . Homogenize moderately for 15-20 minutes.

Dosage :

Used solely: 2.0~5.0%.  

Used with other emulsifier: 0.2~2.0%
