Property and Application :

Ethylhexyl Palmitate / 2-Ethylhexy Palmitate (Esther-EHP) has good lubricity, permeability, moisturizing and nongreasy. It is a universal emollient with skin conditioning. Giving skin a dry, silky feel and is used as a substitute for isopropyl myristate (IPM). This product is used to increase the luster of stick cosmetics and hair products, and can also be used as a binder for powder cakes. Used as an emollient in various creams and lotions, as well as sunscreen products and bath oils. It is a good solubilizer for various active ingredients; it has similar characteristics to isopropyl palmitate, but Ethylhexyl Palmitate has a lower freezing point and is more convenient to use than isopropyl palmitate.
