PPG-3 Caprylyl Ether(Esther-PC 3) is an oil conditioning agent especially for shampoo products, with similar functionality to those of amodimethicones and dimethicones. It is easily compatible with other and amphoteric surfactants in shampoo and conditioner. Esther-PC 3 also provides the following characteristics to formulations:
• Non-ionic surfactant
• Total or partial replacement for silicones
• Good oil additive
• High stability
